      How do I fit a new bottom door seal 1 Answer

      My Servis dishwasher is leaking from the bottom of the door. I assume this means the door seal needs to be replaced (it looks like the old one has completely disintegrated). Do you have a guide on how to fit the replacement?

      Let down by poor customer service support!!
      I have ordered many parts from eSpares over the years and the service has always been great. Unfortunately this time the process was let down by the website and then the slow, virtually non-existent customer service. After placing my order I immediately needed to amend the quantity - I thought I may as well replace both catches on the oven doors rather than just the one that had broken. I tried to log on to my order but could not get past the reCaptcha image - the blue wheel kept spinning but site didn’t move on. I tried several times (on the Sunday) and even waited until the following day to try again - still the same so I thought I would try a different method. I couldn’t find a phone number - that would be too simple - so had to resort to sending a message via their website. It did warn that it may take 48hrs to get a response but I had little choice. The message was sent on Monday, I didn’t get a response until Thursday - and by this time the order had been despatched. The call centre agent did advise me to return the package for a refund once it had arrived - but how does that help me?, I needed that part (plus another one) so sending it back would not solve anything. I have responded to the call centres email but have not had a response as yet. If I decide to order the additional part I will now be charged for another deliver - I accept it’s only £4 but when the part itself is only £12 that is a 33% increase in my cost - which would have been unnecessary if only the customer service had been a bit slicker. Come on Screwfix - the service offered by eSpares does not represent the normal excellent service I get from your brand!!
