Moist air is absorbed and passed over a refrigerative coil that condenses the moisture to turn it into water. The air passes over another coil once the moisture has been seperated, where it is warmed back up to an ambient temperature and circulated back out into the room.

One of the features of this dehumidifier is that it keeps an eye on humidity levels, and boasts the exclusive Meaco control logic that offers accurate energy efficient dehumidification. On aspect of this energy efficiency is that it will switch over to "fan only" mode once relative humidity is reached and is stable. At this stage it will go to sleep for 30 minutes, before waking up and running its fan again to check the relative humidity once more - if the relative humidity has risen above the set point then the dehumidifier will start to operate again.

This dehumidifier includes a HEPA filter that captures 99.97% of particles that have a size of 0.3µm or larger, and means that this unit is ideal for people that suffer from allergies. What's more the added bonus of this particular model is that it is only 48.5cm tall and is easily portable - so you can move it from room-to-room, being able to use it in rooms where they may be limited space.
