This item does not have an indoor bell, we believe you can hard wire it into your existing device.
I don't see anything in the description about fixing the unit. Hanging something worth £150+ on an outside wall seems like a bad idea and not one that will impress my insurance company. How hard would it be to take the unit off and walk away with it?

The first protection would be the motion detection capabilities of all of the units. If this is enabled, anyone stealing the Ring will be on camera. Secondly, each device is protected by security screws. These screws are only accessible using the Ring screwdriver located in the box before they can be removed the security screws need to be taken out. Even if they are able to steal the unit if you contact ring they will disable that stolen unit. Also, send in a copy of your police report and they will replace the Ring for free!
