Prompt delivery, genuine parts.
Two brushes arrived promptly. One was fine, the other two inches too long despite website clearly stating it would fit my Dyson. Sent it back which was easy with Royal Mail pick up. Ten days later still no refund or contact re replacement. Not sure I would use this company again, not particularly cheap and so far a poor after sales service. Update: full refund same day as posting this review.
