This plug doesn't have any screw connections so how is it wired? How can it be described as "rewireable" without these screws?

This plug has crimp type connectors and the insulation needs to be stripped off approximately 5mm from the end of the wires before they are crimped into the plug using a crimping tool like Stock Number ES1643039 or Stock Number ES1641023
