Bath-Mate Bathroom & Kitchen Sealant
A high quality, water-based sealant with good adhesion to plastic, ceramic tiles and porcelain. Remains permanently flexible and forms a watertight seal to most surfaces. Contains a powerful anti-fungal compound to resist mould growth. Can be over-painted, stained or varnished for colour matching purposes.

We believe this product is a suitable outdoor sealant providing a 'semi permanent' seal in the same way as silicone mastic around Upvc windows when applies to a clean surface.

Please check the surface is clean and dry before application and we would recommend leaving overnight to dry

Unfortunately, we do not have that information, as it would depend on the thickness of the bead applied.

I bought the seal for the bathroom wash basin and when it arrived I set about the job. After cleaning the work area I applied the seal and the end result was brilliant. However, please be aware you will need a sealant gun to apply the sealant.
