      Cooker element for Hotpoint…
      Ordered cooker element for a Hotpoint fan oven. I made sure to order the manufacturers part rather than a generic one. Despite that it didn't fit immediately. The spacer clips had obviously changed design and were too big, holding off the cover plate. Sorted it by cutting them down slightly. Not really espares fault but still not ideal

      My experience has been 5 star cannot fault the service and delivery, however, the cost of a plastic bottle shelf for my fridge has increased from £26.99 5 years ago to £38.99 this week plus £4.00 p & p. This is the second time I have had to replace it because it breaks where it slots into the door fixings. so this is my 3rd bottle rack! This is becoming an expensive hobby :(

      They sent me the wrong product i spent…
      They sent me the wrong product i spent 6.99 on next day delivery. Reached out to them via chat. Sent them pictures to show what i got and what i ordered/expected. The agent said he needs to send this to the service department and have to wait 72h. A week later and still no response. Sent them another email on Monday. Lets see if anyone bothers!

      Ordered a TV stand and it suggested…
      Ordered a TV stand and it suggested screws to go with it for £5 which wasn't needed. I didn't actually need the screws. Which I thought £5 was expensive for 4 screws anyway but i didnt need them so misleading. The stand fits as advertised but at just over £30 order it's light plastic and overpriced. It does the job but expensive especially for a tv that cost 100 pound with the stand included. I feel this is very expensive as a spare part. Also delivery is charged on top. Worked out to be expensive for what it was. Especially when you can get better quality glass ones for half the price. I'm waiting to return the screws. I have requested a return label. The delivery come in a few days.
