      Item arrived damaged!!!
      Item arrived damaged due to very flimsy packaging. Emailed twice, no reponse! Engaged in 'chat' with representative, who sent out lables for ME to return the damaged item, despite providing photographic evidence!!! New item despatched by representative but no next day delivery!!! No replies to emails and no phone number to ring. Avoid at all costs!!!

      Although I was sent the wrong oven bulb initially, this was immediately rectified with a full refund and the correct bulb was identified and sent to me without delay. The packaging was a bit of a nightmare and I struggled to extricate the bulb but other than that all was well and I now have a fully-functioning oven.

      5* service!
      After cracking my hob glass I found eSpares on Google, I wasn’t 100% sure the item they had was the right one but thankfully they had their serial number checker to make sure it definitely was. Without that I wouldn’t have had a clue. I was really impressed that it arrived the next day (which was a Saturday) as it wasn’t meant to arrive until the Monday.
