In the tank are 2 tubes but there not attached to any thing is this a fault cause my steamer won't work popery 1 Answer

One end of the pipes may be free but the other should be connected. The most common steamer problem is a build up of limescale in hard water areas so try using a descaler like Stock Number ES1541155
I dont need to replace the water tank only the one that you put a mix of water and detergent in.
