      Trust the website, the parts are good
      I was hesitant about buying a part online and weary of scams and ordering the wrong thing. I was so pleased to see that YouTube tutorial because it gave me confidence that I could mimic the steps. The faulty part in the video was different from part I needed but the searched error code related solenoid, was a perfect copy. I paid for next day delivery yet came in 2 days. I was super relieved to have a replacement part fitted and done myself without the need of a plumber

      The generic part was actually a better fit than the original!! Fifteen quid delivered for my cooker heating element. There was even a video showing the way to fix it. Just brilliant and I have saved a fortune on getting some in to do it.

      Ordered light bulb, arrived damaged, returned goods on 3/05/2024. Item delivered back to espares on 7/5/2024 according to post office tracking site but order still shows as awaiting return 6 days later. When will you despatch the replacment?
