      We have a Leisure HJA 5100 cooker. Both oven knobs have been broken. The bar that comes out of the face of the front of the oven is snapped. Can you please advise if I need Gas taps or oven switches please. 1 Answer

        If it is a gas control that has broken (Check by pulling off the knob next to it) you will need a Gas Safe engineer like Repaircare to replace the part.

      Dyson vacuum replacement head
      I ordered a part for my Dyson vacuum. I was sent the wrong part. When I complained I had to go through so many steps to Prove it. I was then told there was a problem at the warehouse. They would not replace the part without a full and lengthy communication with myself and then the warehouse (this was not my problem, it was theirs). I decided to get a refund, but again this was very unhelpful and I am extremely unhappy with the level of customer support.

      Not impressed with this company
      Not impressed with this company. Product ordered in good faith was delivered in good time but the door doesn't fit. I'm well aware that Bush products are notoriously difficult to get right spares for. However the returns system for eSpares is a total joke. The door was delivered by a courier because its too big for royal mail but the returns ticket ONLY ALLOWS FOR ROYAL MAIL! THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL eSPARES abd no reply to email to try and work this out sensibly. I expect if things are easy the company is OK but when things go wrong they have no recourse to help the customer. Unhappy to say the least.
