    The only battery for the job

    We use collections of these batteries to provide either 36 or 48 volts which in turn produces pulses of currents around 250mA when required. We make the connections by soldering wires onto the spring connectors. Only Panasonic batteries seem to be able to withstand the heat produced during soldering. We do use a heat sink. These do the job reliably.
