        Dyson do not quote the length. This is an original replacement and will be the same as the one supplied on the cleaner.

      Washing machine part was sent without…
      Washing machine part was sent without any packaging. It was just placed in a box and despatched to me. Obviously after rattling about in a box without any form of protection, the part arrived damaged and unusable. They did offer to refund or replace the part but as I had waited a week for the part to arrive I opted for a refund. I’m still waiting for the refund a week further on. Mostly annoyed about the fact the part was supposedly in stock and took considerably longer to arrive than stated when purchasing part, then to send a machine part in a box without any form of packaging just beggars belief. Luckily I was able to salvage one of the motors to get my machine running again by using most of the bits off my machine. Not sure I’ll be using Espares any time soon….unless they complete my refund as offered or even a partial refund.

      Product doesn’t fit even though numbers match.
      The item I ordered arrived swiftly but did not fit my oven. It took to long for customer service to respond and insisted it was correct. Leaving me without an oven I brought the correct one direct from Bosch for a few pounds more. And eventually have got a refund only reason it’s not one star.
