I ordered a replacement main oven seal from the selection offered on the website. It was a bit of a guess as there were a few that matched the item and oven model description. My choice arrived a few days later and it fitted easily and perfectly; so I guess I chose well. Anyway, it all worked out perfectly.

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service, I had to return a heating element, I was informed that the refund was processed over two weeks ago which would take 3-5 days to clear.

Sent a different part to what I ordered. (I have screen shot showing I ordered right part) I don't know if it's compatible or not. It has a wire missing. I don't know if to fit it or not.
