Neff Fridge Door Hinges
Easily found the part I needed on the eSpares website. Fast delivery and well packaged. The reason for only three stars is one of the new fridge door hinges is creaking badly. It was installed properly using the same shims, in the same positions as before. I have tried applying some light oil to the hinge pivots, which has improved matters but still not correct. Next I shall try adding an additional shim behind the top hinge. I think these hinges are pattern parts although they do look very similar to the originals. Gavin

Poor service
ied to cancel first order as I needed another part. Placed a second order then realised the delivery address was incorrect. Couldn't cancel as order was placed. Helpline advised order was cancelled but still delivered (webcam shows this). I will not be at the delivery address before return window closes.
