Excellent Service
I bought two parts for our tumble drier from eSpares and the whole experience was excellent.
The website is easy to use and the parts arrived on time.

at first i received the wrong part , it was my fault, and i reordered the right part and received it the next day.i just have to send the wrong part back,and i can not see any problems with that

Item arrived damaged!!!
Item arrived damaged due to very flimsy packaging. Emailed twice, no reponse! Engaged in 'chat' with representative, who sent out lables for ME to return the damaged item, despite providing photographic evidence!!! New item despatched by representative but no next day delivery!!! No replies to emails and no phone number to ring. Avoid at all costs!!!
