We think the pump is located behind the cover at the bottom of the cabinet back.

  • I've already read your answer on this previously, obviously it didn't work. Still hoping for an answer regarding the location? By Patrick - coventry - 20 February 2016

A common problem with your fridge is if the water is allowed to run out the pump cannot draw water from the tank. to cure this remove the 'kick panel' from below the door and disconnect the hose on the right. Then gently suck on the tube until water is drawn through and reconnect the hose and retry.

If you here the pump motor run the problem is likely to be due to an air lock. Remove the trim below the doors and disconnect the pipe from the water container in the door. Then with a towel handy suck the pipe on the right to draw water from the reservoir through the pipe and reconnect once water flows. The pump will then re prime itself and work.
