Hi i have a Samsung American fridge model no RS21DCNS it's making a noise but when I open the door it stops I'm wondering it's the evaporator fan that's faulty, I recently changed the fridge freezer water tank which I purchased from yourselves and would like to thank you for your excellent service, i would be grateful for any advice , regards Geraldine

It is likely to be the fan causing the noise, you will need to access the fan to test it to determine if it requires replacing.

To change the fridge evaporator you do need a refrigeration technician with the correct equipment to regas the appliance.

We believe the defrost heater would be a separate part.
Also, is it possible to buy the heater without the rest of the evaporator assembly?

The defrost heater is available separately Stock Number ES1563261 the resistance is likely to be between 100 and 300 ohms.
ES1552184 assy Need thermal fuse #ES644151, and temp sensor ES163659do they come in this assy? thanks
