  • Mine reads FZ700015/12F as well. Not listed by eSpares but I took a chance on it. This mixing blade fits perfectly and (other than colour) looks identical to the original. By Lefty - West Midlands - 30 August 2014

  • I`m no expert but i believe the parts are pressed together in the manufacturing process and most likely have locking tabs so they can not come apart. All the parts come as one piece and simply fit on to the center pole on your fryer using your two fingers and thumb in a move similar to pulling a cork with a lever (if that helps). I see its been a while since your post but i thought it might be helpful to others. regards By BONE THE MOAN - BIRMINGHAM - 03 November 2015

  • Bought my unit in 2012 and the paddle broke after about 18 months. Second one is on its way out now. The plastic can't cope with the heat I reckon. Design needs a rethink. By J A Mcgrath - Cumbria - 29 April 2015
