According to the instructions my vacuum cleaner appears to use 2 filters: a dust filter and an exhaust filter but since it came back from the repair man last year I have found that the filter frame does not open. I assume he changed the filter frame because it used to open. Does this frame open to take both filters?

We believe that the filter frame should come away to gain access to the dust compartment filter, the exhaust filter may be fitted but would depend on the model.
