Poor service
I ordered a pump, which was showing as in stock, for my built in dishwasher on 25th May and paid extra for express delivery. I had ordered the same part from eSpares 12 years earlier, so it helped to ensure the part was the correct one, as the machine is now old and their are hundreds of similar parts out there.
By 29th of May the order was still showing as "pending" and had not been processed or dispatched, so I filled out the online contact form to see what was happening, expecting some form of reply within the 48 hours stated.
5 days later (and 9 days from ordering), no reply, and while trying to find some other way to contact them, I got an email saying the order is cancelled, giving no reason why, no information about whether my money would be refunded, just a line saying "If you have any questions, send us an email at (their cs email address)" which after previously receiving no response, left me in a predicament as to how to contact the company. The part was also still showing as in stock and available for next day delivery (and still is at time of writing!)
On their website, there is a "Speak to an Agent" link, though this does nothing on my browser. In desperation I tried another browser, and it did work on that one.
I was put into an online chat, and the short version is; the part they had in stock is faulty, they don't know when a replacement will be available and I was offered a 10% discount code, valid for a short time, which, as they claim they can not currently supply the part and I had already got a 10% discount by ordering during a promo weekend, was pointless.
The chat was abruptly ended by the agent while I was typing a reply "As I haven't heard from you in some time" the "some time" was approx. 1 minute, which, considering they were taking an average of 2-3 mins to reply to me, is not acceptable.
So 9 days after placing and paying for an express order, I now have to try and source the correct part elsewhere, and I'm expected to wait 3-5 working days for a refund of over £100 of my money that they have been sat on all this time.
