How do I get the old wires out and the new wires in? Thanks.
- If you haven't removed the old switch yet, hold the new one next the old one & make a note of which cable goes where. The switch has push fit connectors so you will need to cut the old switch cable off. Bare the wires, ensure the exposed cable is not too long and just push fit them into the new switch. pull back gently to ensure the cable is secure within the switch. Then refit it into the switch enclosure ensuring the safety cut out lever(orange on mine)is in the right place.

No, The two motor connections go across the capacitor on the left side and the two power lead connections to the right.
