      Tried your compatability field though couldn't get it to recognise this model of iron. Thanks for looking and I wait to hear

      Customer Service Lacking

      Item arrived damaged!!!
      Item arrived damaged due to very flimsy packaging. Emailed twice, no reponse! Engaged in 'chat' with representative, who sent out lables for ME to return the damaged item, despite providing photographic evidence!!! New item despatched by representative but no next day delivery!!! No replies to emails and no phone number to ring. Avoid at all costs!!!
