        Swift and easy repair 16 April 2016

        Totally surprised when washing machine paddle broke off !! NOT washing trainers - merely a cotton rug. Easy to order, once I had model number of washing machine and arrived just 3 days later !! Simple to fit and job done . Thanks v much e-spares.

      Read this before you use their service that doesn't deliver
      I sent you email to enquire about the availability of the three items, they did check and adviced me that the items available and they updated my basket with the three irrelevant, which I ordered straight away. I need the the items, workout t then I can't adapt the fridge freezer doors. They cancelled one item, to still sent me the two items with rewritten envelope and charge me £2.99 for refund charge!!! The purpose of the services they provide is to search for available items, that is how thru make their money! DON'T USE THEM !!!!

      No next day delivery for Friday orders
      The items ordered were as expected - no problem here. However, I placed my order on Friday and selected and paid for next day delivery. My goods did not arrive until Monday. The website states that next day delivery is available Mon- Fri. In reality it is Mon-Thursday as Saturday is not considered a working day. I found this information on the site unclear and as a result I ended up paying too much for my delivery.
