It seems as have a fault with this unit as we called an engineer to look at and he reset this (don't know how!) and said if it does the same thing (does not fill with water) then it will be this at fault. If we do purchase this how can I get it reprogrammed?

To programme this type of board requires either an adapted laptop with access to the programme 'files' or a smart card reader Stock Number: ES1131258. this requires use once only smart cards costing between £15 and £25 typically.

the solenoid have a good resistance reading.voltage to solenoids is only 21.5 volts,should this be 240 volt?.assuming that this would require a replacement programmer? can they be preprogrammed the washing mashine model is WMD960p ultima model
