      Great service
      I ordered a replacement main oven seal from the selection offered on the website. It was a bit of a guess as there were a few that matched the item and oven model description. My choice arrived a few days later and it fitted easily and perfectly; so I guess I chose well. Anyway, it all worked out perfectly.

      Dreadful customer service, I had to return a heating element, I was informed that the refund was processed over two weeks ago which would take 3-5 days to clear. I’m still waiting. Despite several emails sent and not answered I was continually left frustrated by very poor customer service
