      I was a little dubious at first but, made sure I researched espares as much to my ability. Upon being satisfied with my findings I proceeded to make an order (and over a bank holiday weekend too. To my surprise I received notifications that the order had been dispatched on B/H Monday and sure enough delivered, unpackaged in excellent condition and installed to be a working replacement.

      Returns process is far from easy.
      The spare part did not work and had to be returned. The returns process is extremely difficult despite what they advertise. And I am still waiting for my refund over 2 weeks later. I will not use them again
