        We believe the insulated end indicates the positive connection of the battery. However we advise this battery should be installed in the same direction as the original.

      Absolutely First Class service. I ordered a part for my fridge freezer which came the very next day. Unfortunately it didn't fit so I needed to send it back. On contacting the company a QR code was sent which enabled me to return it via a post office. This process could not have been easier and I received a refund within a couple of days.       replaced damaged item quickly
      ordered a freezer draw to replace a broken one Order arrived quickly, but draw was broken due to poor packing, raised a return and replacement. E-Spares e-mailed a return label and arranged collection, once the damaged draw had been checked they sent a replacement (more protective packaging this time!) OK it would have been better for the order to arrive undamaged, but wasn't to much agro to get it replaced
