The spray arm appears intact but doesn't wash properly and doesn't appear to rotate when in use
There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the spray arm, but it used to wash anything in the bottom basket perfectly well. we always used to put all the most heavily soiled items in the bottom and they used to come out perfectly clean. Now I can't put anything in the bottom that can't be washed from above as they come out just as they went in. we had it serviced recently, but all the guy wanted to do was sell us a new machine.
