My filter is jammed and I cannot turn it. the video says to remove the pump. How can I do this when the filter cannot be removed?

If you follow the video the pump can be removed from your machine with the filter in place. Once the hoses are removed check the spigots for coins and hair grips preventing the filter from turning.
