My Aqualtis washing machine drum has dropped by about 5-6cm would replacing the support springs cure this or would replacing the shock absorbers help as well. Thanks

It could be either so you would need to check both before ordering, start with the suspension checking for any damage to the cabinet that may be causing an issue.
