where the thermostat is placed in the washing machine? Hotpoint WDD960
I bought a new one but but can not find where is the fused one. I took off the top panel, the back cover but can not see it.

This is fitted into a rubber 'bung' at the back of the drum just above the heater, To remove just gently prise out of the rubber mounting.
