WFL2260/UK Softener no longer flushes from tray.
I've checked for blockages from inlet valve, but all clear. There are twin motors on the valve. Does one of them just flush the softener, and may be faulty. Any advice appreciated before I order a new valve. Regards Ron Adams

The two valves supply the main wash and the pre wash compartments. To dispense the conditioner both are turned on and some water will be pushed into the conditioner compartment. This usually blocks with mould in the dispenser top so check if the pre wash and main wash are dispensing on final rinse. if they are then so should the conditioner.
