Trying to fit the knob
i cant push the knob in, i am sure when my gas engineer fitted them last time, he took out the middle metal part? but cant work out how to do it?

We believe they can only be pushed on in the correct position, the control knob has a D shape that pushes onto the switch behind. Make sure the switch and the knob are in the off position to line them up correctly before fitting.
