my cooker wont turn down it stays hot i meen the plates wont turn down they stay the same hate unless i turn it off there are 3 that dose this i have a bellin e662

im just wounding if this is what could be wrong with it the energy regulator

    The connections are as follows. P1= line (supply) P2= Load B (one element supply) S2= pilot or indicator 2 = Load A (2nd element supply) 4 = Neutral
