My electrolux oven works for about 25 mins but then shuts itself off, it will restart after it cools down again. any ideas what part is faulty?

Confirm that the oven can regulate at a low temperature and the thermostat cuts out correctly. If this is OK check the cooling fan and ventilation around the oven.
