Do yo think this is the part I need?

The suction switch is working but the pump for the liquid is not working its not making a noise to show it is on. Do you thinkl this is the part I may need?

    It is quite common for these pumps to block and seize as the cleaning solution may dry out and glue the pump up. Whilst unplugged switch the pump on and using a meter on resistance from the plugs live and neutral connectors to the motor. If you have a short that would indicate power is getting to the pump so you should replace it.
