I have a hotpoint HV7F140 the seal inside the door is not as on video it seems to be fixed.

The seal is fitted to the front panel with a retaining band Stock Number: ES831870. Carefully look around the lip of the seal and you should locate the tension spring, you can then use a small screwdriver to 'catch' the spring and start to pull it over the seal lip to release it.
