My Karcher KB 4040 is leaking water from the point where it links to the white switch housing. I have relaced the set contro, set cylinder and form seal, however it is still leaking?

Answer this Question (1 Answer)

  • Take off the cover and run the washer for a few seconds to identify where the leak is coming from. It's most likely the pressure washer control head housing which I've had to replace twice! Makes sense to replace the triangular cylinder head seal at the same time. Good luck. By Simon - Scotland - 10 April 2012
