KARCHER 411A (IMPROVED MODEL) 1.994-857 Nr 608344411100.

There is a leak on the black plastic cover that covers the 3 metal pistons. when you put the motor on the water appears from plastic cover mentioned by quite a lot but there dosent appear to be any cracks? can you please advise and what parts I will require to rectify the problem please.

  • Hi, I had the same problem, it was a cracked seal, i was going to replace all 3 of the seals but for piece of mind i changed the whole cylinderhead. This came with a full set of seals, springs etc. So for a few pound more, you get to renew the whole cylinderhead plus the internal parts. By H1-5hine - S.Wales - 04 February 2012

    Hi, check all tubing and cylinder head parts for cracks. If you can't find any, it may be one of the seals, check these too. Seeing as the leak is happening at this part on your washer but there's no cracks, it sounds like it could very well be a seal. Best of luck!
