Whereabouts on the machine does this part fit.I found a similar/same part lying in the bottom of my machine but it has split.

  • The same thing has just happened to me! I realised it was some sort of seal and had to come from somewhere inside, which narrowed it down. I looked around inside and realised that the only place it could have come from is the top feed pipe that fits inside the pipe at the back of the top basket that feeds the top spray arm. There are two "sockets" at the back of the top basket, with non-return valves in them, which allows the feed pipe to fit depending on whether the basket is at the high or low position.
