I have purchased this thermostat but when fitted the fridge would not switch off only if I turned the stat down to its off position.
The fridge is a Kenwood single door fridge with a small freezer compartment at the top. The original stat capillary terminating in freezer compartment. The label inside the fridge has the following information Thorn EMI Model 31885 AJ Serial No 108500203. Please can you advise what I should do
