My fan is sticking and needs a prod to get it started.
My problem is I can't get at it to check it over as I am unable to remove the unit from the housing (after removing the two retaining screws). I would welcome any suggestions. I am currently running the fan on defrost to see if that will loosen it up a bit. The oven doesn't get a lot of use.

It is likely to require a new fan motor.
