How easy is it to fit a new door seal

Re: Candy CPCA240FFK Fridge/Freezer.My existing seal has a split down one side of the door.Is this likely to cause ice building up in the fridge compartment and negate the frost free operation in the unit as ice is forming on the rear wall and does not appear to thaw properly. The drain hole is not blocked.
