What direction should the fan rotate clockwise or anticlockwise ?
Fitted a new fan but the oven temperature does not now match the portable temperature I placed in the oven.

AC motors of this type will only work in one direction. It is not unusual for there to be a 10 percent temperature error on thermostats.
