Have a V6 cordless. When on charger both blue lights are constant ie no flashing. Then when they go out and i use the vacuum it only lasts 30 secs . Is the fault likely to be the charger or the battery? Any method of testing please>

If the lights are not flashing would indicate the charger is not supplying the battery, we do not currently have a video on this repair.
