Solution for dog urine stains in woollen carpet

Answer this Question (2 Answers)

  • The best thing to do about dog urine stains is to soak up as much urine as possible first, then sprinkle the area with white vinegar to neutralise it - leave it for a short time - an hour or so, and then use the carpet shampooer on it to wash and suck it all out. That should neutralise the stain so the dog doesn't then return to the area to urinate again. By Lynn - Wetherby - 02 April 2016
