would it be possible that smoke would emerge from a miele iron roller B865?
I need to order the roller cover from you anyway, but dont wish to buy the cover if the roller itself is faulty.

If the roller jammed it is possible it may overheat and cause smoke. We would suggest you open it up and examine the motor before retrying and then if all is ok order the replacement part.
