is this for the evaporator or the heater or both, also in the picture are other sensors etc.

Can you get the heater seperate. Not sure which part is faulty can you help with what readings i should be getting on testing the heater, Refridgerator fermal fuse assembly, Freezer temp sensor. Freezer shorts out after 4 seconds knocking out house trip switch. did have 1.5 inches of ice in the bottom of the drain tray were the heater element bottom sits,also at the base of the freezer floor before it packed in.

    This is the evaporator and heating element complete. You can carefully 'clip off' the heater and transfer this to the appliances evaporator.
