This element does not have release screws either side of where it fits into the rear of the oven. How therefore can teh old element be removed and this one fitted? Does not feature in any of your videos.

On this particular element, it has to be removed from the back as it has bolts on the element that have nuts on the other side. you will need to take the oven out and remember to disconnect first.
